The staff is friendly, and I love the instructors of the classes I take. I love using the lap pool, but I wish it was available for more months. It’s certainly hot enough here to be used. Location is convenient for me.

Spin, Functionally Fit and Yoga are all outstanding programs. The Instructors deliver excellent classes that promote fitness and fun. Special recognition to Jaime M, Lindsey D and Lisa S who are true professionals in their respective classes.
Last but not least, the front desk staff is great……I do not know all the names but Amy and Mary are always there to greet you with a smile!

I use only the gym because of lack of time and I really enjoy it. The staff is always cleaning and if you need something they will quickly respond to your needs. They are so ind and polite.

Very spacious and bright, the staff is humble and the coaches are professional and responsible.
Only one I want to YMCA be more careful before charging a late payment penalty, or use massage to remind it that the payment has not arrived, and then collect late charge fee.
Everything is kept very clean and in good condition--only complaint is that lifeguards [local YMCA staff] dont allow breath-hold swimming. Why is this? A chance of black out or drowning? Well there's a chance of heart attack from strenous exercise too, so hard workouts in the gym? As adults we can manage our own fitness!

Indoor pickleball
We love water aerobics at Shadowbend. Wish during Y closing in August we could have our class for one hour at Branch Crossing out in the sunshine. Debbie would definitely love to do it. just close off the lane swimming for one hour like at Shadowbend. Pick the time that swimmers are not as busy, send out notices that lane swimmers can come before this time and after this time. Dreaming.......
There is lots to do, with lunches, card games, weight room, etc.
I like the variety of classes and times and that there is child watch.
I enjoyed the CSI class. The instructor was very nice and introduced herself after class. Branch Crossing is not my YMCA. I was in the area.
I like playing Pickleball there!!
Love the great class instructors, and recommend the YMCA often.
I would like to see the floors in the studios cleaned more often. Some of my classes have us on the floor and they tend to be sticky with dust and hair balls hiding under equipment we use.
