I have a trainer and she helps me with my exercises and shows me how to do things right so I don't hurt my self and the place is so clean and you can work out as long as you want to do the exercises and if you are experience in working out then you can do it yourself or if you want to talk to people you can do that all over the place they have tables and chairs and sofas and big chairs to relax and enjoy a great time
I like the variety of classes and programs, including for seniors. The staff is always helpful and willing to answer questions, especially for seniors like me who are not very tech comfortable.
I like the silver sneakers class. Would enjoy having a few other senior options

Schedule more outdoor water aerobics through October. Also install a heater in the pool if there isn't one for cooler mornings in October.

I've only been once so it's too soon to really know what I like. I do like that the facility is clean and the staff was helpful!
Love the Christian aspects of the Y. Teachers sharing little things , praise music on cool downs, people caring and praying for each other. Pls don’t back down on core beliefs of your founders and go woke. Love variety of classes and skill of teachers. Love flexibility of bringing guests multiple times. Those that I have brought most have then signed up. So smart business model.
It was extremely clean everyone was helpful I would love to get a job there

In general, I really like the what the Y offers in terms of class selection and facilities at both Branch Crossing and Shadow Bend.
Would like to especially commend Lisa S (Yoga at Branch Crossing) and Danielle S (Pilates at Branch and Shadow Bend) and Jaime, the spin instructor at Branch Crossing. They are all excellent in terms of instruction, motivation and maybe most importantly Joy.
The one minor complaint wrt the Ys at both Branch and ShadowBend that I have is I think there needs to be an emphasis on etiquette in terms of sharing the various weight lifting machines. Quite often a single person will camp out on a machine for 15 minutes. Often that individual is listening to music (ear bud) or absorbed on his/her phone between sets and is oblivious to anyone else wanting to use the machine.

I currently only use the exercise equipment and weight machines and I love the selection of machines and the helpfulness of all the staff.
I really enjoy the group exercise classes and the variety of activities available for my whole family.

I love the overall mission of the Y. I personally participate in the exercise classes for seniors, particularly the Foreverwell.
