Member Testimonials
all the classes and instructors are amazing
Great pool, well staffed with trained life guards. Not too crowded during the day. Plenty of equipment, i.e. treadmills, weights, etc.
The Basketball coach for the 5-9 yr olds is amazing . He doesn’t let the kids just goof around, they have to listen and pay attention.
I was quite impressed . The facility is well equipped and nicely maintained. Lots of options for activities and fitness classes
The instructors truly care about their students!
I love the classes. The trainers are great
The instructors and times of exercise classes.
I love exercising with Lori W at Shadiwbend and Branch Crossing.
I like everything!
Mahjongg on Friday from 1:00-3:00. Is it possible to add this activity to the schedule so we can sign up and visible to other members.
There are so many choices in the classes and so I take a different one every day if I desire.
They instructor’s are always good and energetic .
We do not currently participate in any activities or programs.
Professional, helpful, friendly personnel. Wide selection of exercise equipment that works every muscle set in the body. And just completed my weight room orientation with trainer Glyn. He did a superb job.
I don't participate in any of the activities or programs but I do exercise three days a week using the machines and free weights. I am very satisfied with the equipment that is available. I am in my 80's and feel like these workouts keep me healthy and feeling young. Thank you for maintaining the facilities.
I like the variety of fitness classes you offer. The facilities are in very good shape and are clean. The instructors are excellent.
Extremely Clean Facility! Conveniently located.
Fair Prices. Could use more checkers! Self check lines can get long.
I think all Les mills classes are by far the most professional classes to take because of:
1. They have been around for quite some time and are a proven format w science behind them
2. They hold instructors accountable to a tried and true format
Clean, knowledgeable, friendly atmosphere
Everything!
yoga and Zumba Wish you offered more weight cases using dumbs and the kettlebell and wellness classes sit to stand jumping and the ways to move the lymphatic system
It’s a fabulous club by all respect and the staff is all so helpful and friendly!
I am a regular attendance to classes that are offered. Love the instructors of the classes. Lindsay and Cindy are great!!!
I would like to see that shadow bend location being remodeled. By doing so, I think you can compete better with the gyms that are coming to the area.
Good classes. Good equipment. Excellent class instructors. Very clean. Desk personnel are very friendly, helpful and professional.
Las clases, los profesores, solo los baños les falta más revisión ya que pasan dias y sigo viendo la misma basura que alguien dejo.
The fact that you don't lock your locker room like the Shadowbend YMCA does.
Coaches are amazing! The child care program and the staff that take care of our children simply the best!
Varied and flexible times.
Proximity to my home, classes offered, open hours
The people all around you are friendly and professional .
Location, close to my residence
Clean facilities, plenty of equipment
I love the swimming pool at the shadowbend location and the virtual rides at the branch crossing location.
