Fkexible hours & a variety of classes. Bring back TRX in the mornings the other TRX classes are to hard to get into.
The instructors (Dana) are welcoming, knowledgeable, engaging, and have excellent time management skills. Dana builds relationships with her attendees, which makes us want to show up and keep fit.

Love line dancing but miss tap that we had at Conroe YMCA before Covid. It was not only a good workout but so much fun.
Tracy is still available to teach if this exercise would be available. A number of us from her previous class, have to go to a dance studio now. Please consider bringing it back.

Convenient, friendly staff
It’s a very nice club and the staff is all very nice.
Even though the air conditioning is currently broken in the large cardio/ weight room far superior to Shadowbend. The facility is clean. Everything seems to be much better maintained. The Staff at the front desk are polite and well trained.
How about Mah Jongg twice a week. Getting more people every week!
I use the group fitness classes mainly. Instructors are great; they are knowledgeable.

Best is Jaime M. Spin class, but it fills up in seconds….. WE NEED MORE BIKES PLEASE! If we knew that the spin-a-thon that just took place would raise $ for more bikes there would have been much more participation. Also, if you’re a no-show to a class that you have a reserved spot, that spot should be opened to wait listers 5 min before class start time
Availability
The trainers and very profesional and do a great job. They offer a good variety of group classes at different times of the day. The facility is well maintained.
They are several activities and programs I love. However, the classes are crowded, you need to expand the building.

I like the group exercise classes, especially HIIT with Brooke and the Les Mills formats.
