Lots of options for group classes and a good variety offered -
I like the variety of classes that are offered. But my favorite thing is that the elliptical machines have a built-in fan.
The variety of programs and flexibility in attending without prior booking are exceptional. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming.

I am a Senior Citizen and enjoy the Forever Well program as well as Silver Sneakers. The exercise classes accommodate my physical limitations. The Forever Well activities are enjoyable and well planned —- a good balance of fun activities and informative presentations.

Very much enjoy exercise classes with WONDERFUL instructors in a TERRIFIC facility!! Also very much enjoy attending the lectures Ginger arranges when I am able to.
Great boot camp and facilities. Please consider offering a CPR class for members/community. Willing to pay any necessary fee!

Aqua zumba is the best experience ever! Thanks to our YMCA for having the most wonderful zumba instructors, lifeguards, and staff.
