It is just perfect for the family!
I like the friendly atmosphere, your excellent instructors who are always encouraging and uplifting. The variety of classes offered and that classes are offered from early morning until early evening hours. And I like the other members of the Y.
I love the YMCA. Wish the Foster Y had more evening classes and a yoga evening class. I live very close to the Foster Y and like the equipment and equipment room.
The welcoming staff are just that, the training staff is also professional and friendly.. The clients are neighborly.

I love that I come different time of the day. The classes that I attend is offered twice a day on the days that I need. The instructor makes the fun and I don't want to miss. I have been telling friends and family about the YMCA that I attend.

I attended shallow water exercises with Amelie in the summer and now I attend Stacy’s Zumba classes. Both teachers are great!

I like the equipment the facility has and visit 4 times a week. However, the parking lot has developed some very large holes at the West Side entrance/exit. I have hit one of these holes and it was not pleasant. In addition, the back door exit seems to be locked since the first of the year. This could be a problem if an emergency occurs. I also like to use this exit to reach my car when I park on the West side of the building.
Nice Schedule and range of programs
The classes I attend are just what I need and the instructors are caring and able to modify exercises to fit different levels of fitness. I also like that there are classes for different age groups.
