I like the treadmills and the workout machines. I am impressed with the cleanliness and how members, including myself, support that cleanliness.

Excellent class instructor for senior classes….Eliot Perez
Enjoy the fitness classes I am involved in. Super. Also, the instructors are great!
I came back to take classes on Tuesday after some long absence and was very happy to start again participating in potluck organized by Elliott , who is always doing a wonderful job at putting things together fir Seniors and having it all well set up for a maximum
Enjoyment.
That started my renewing with seeing some people I knew and enjoyed at Foster Y and I am again taking the Forever-well classes, which are still excellent and very beneficial. John Dalton is a great teacher and very thorough in his presentation and explanations.
The lady today (Thursday 9 to 955 am) Foreverwell stretch was also very professional and these exercises were new to me but I managed to do them, even though there is room for improvement on my side ! Very inspirational.Thank you for such a great job and for your impact on our well being.
Great classes.
Many activities for older members
Organized
I like the stretch and restore classes. The instructors are very good at offering options to accommodate each participant's level.
Good variety of classes for all age groups
The kindness and attentiveness from Welcome Center and variety of fitness classes
There’s a great deal of variety.
I primarily use the exercise group classes. For years I’ve used Body Balance, Body Pump, and Cardio Dance. Recently added SHAPES and may add Barre (done once). As said before, I love the community feel of this branch, the warm welcome and the great instructors!! Also appreciate the support given to at-risk folks in area. (Although I never hear back when I donate/help with Christmas angels or back-to school efforts).
Still wish that Foster would add space onto this branch to allow more classes and not have over crowding. Body Pump is over crowded and not safe when using weights, causing trip hazards, falling weights (that aren’t secured) can hit someone. Only Rachel has asked participants to load/unload weights at their step/station so that bars aren’t swung around to hit someone. Another problem (minor): no peg rack to hold personal gear like backpacks/purses. Also, having rags available to soak up water bottle (or sweat!) spills would be great.
Play Pickleball at the Foster Y and wonder why the schedule was changed from beginner, intermediate and advanced player on Wednesday ONLY to beginner ONLY at the start of the new year? No beginners ever show up! Please change it back to all 3 levels of play beginning in February.
I would like the shapes class more than once a week
I love the classes and the child watch staff are exceptional. My son loves seeing playing with them.
Lots of options for classes
We variety of programs that fit all ages. Members and staffs are very friendly.
I really like the hours you are opened.
The exercise classes for seniis are excellent. John does a varation of streching and strenght that is very useful in our daily lives.
Very friendly staff. Very convient location. The YMCA is always clean and welcoming.
The kind and encouraging staff and community!
There are so many to chose from, for one. I have just started playing pickle ball and I am really enjoying it!
Besides the current programs, I would suggest a Tai Chi class.
Working out, and joining friends in our
Community, for various Y activities
Lots of choices, good equipment
Great
I use the exercise classes, and appreciate the diligence the instructors employ. I feel like I "belong" to a community, which is important to me right now. The entrance staff are always friendly and welcome me. It may seem like a small thing to some, but it's meaningful and a definite mood elevator.

I enjoy the classes, teachers and fellow members.
