The Silver Sneakers and AOA classes are wonderful. The teachers are excellent and very warm and welcoming. We enjoy the opportunity to meet other seniors and make new friends.

I am grateful for helpfulness, friendliness, & accessability of the staff

I also love the variety of programs offered and the hours that the facilities are open

Lastly, being a disabled person, I can honestly say there is DEFINITELY, something for everyone, regardless of race, creed, or physicality. In a nutshell-TOTALLY AWESOME!
