I would like to give a special thank you to the two young ladies that assisted me at the reception desk (April 17, 10:30am) when I came in for my Wellness Scan. They were professional and cordial. I had a little anxiety about the appointment, but all of that subsided when they greeted me. I called a friend on my way home to discuss what a positive experience I had. They are an asset to your organization.

I like the different classes of choice.I like that you can schedule available times & If you can't attend you can cancel. I like that you meet a lot of people of different cultures, & backgrounds everyone have their own story. I like that people come with all types of disabilities & do their very best. I like the lessons that are taught about balance & fall prevention. I like knowing that weight lifting strengthen us for a healthy life & longevity.
I am keeping agile by attending three sessions a week. I really enjoy my classes and the people.

I love the organization and its purpose, the staff, and that everything is family focused. Thank you for patience with the little ones who need guiding and even more for the older kids with their mood swings, lol. It’s a place for all.
