I’m a silver sneakers member, and the Y is perfect for me. I am disappointed that the supervisors have been let go. That is going to affect the overall quality of the member experience. Additionally, while the Y and its programs suit my needs, I am not sure it would work for a younger demographic.
The classes are great and the people that work there are excellent!

I like the selection of classes & times. The Classes start on time & end on time. There is consideration for people with disabilities.You exercise at your pace. You do meet many people of all cultures. I like that you can cancel a class if your situation change. The instructors are very experienced & capable of doing there jobs.
The staff is so good and they are so kind they know what they are saying to do for tand others, they are so amazing to all the members I 💕 love the YMCA, I really love the Y. Kenneth Smith or call me COACH Ken Smith !!!
The variety that includes senior citizens.
The STAFF is fabulous-----and facilities are great-----and all the members are exceptionally friendly. We try to go every day------it REALLY enhances our lifestyle (have been retired 12 years---and don't have any other hobbies----so going to the Y------is VERY good for us physically, mentally, and emotionally. )
1. There are many to choose from (a verity).
2. There are different levels, so there’s something that everyone can do.
3. They are close to my home and free to many people.
4. There are friendly people there that you can interact with.
Everybody at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. The classes that I take are geared for my age range and are still a challenge. The exercises that I do at the Y are improving my health. Thank you all.
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I attend another YMCA,so I cannot speak re: the equipments and programs but I took a field trip to the Rodeo from your faciity and was very saisfied with the staff.

First, John the greeter is great . He greets you by name, holds the door for if you need it. Very courteous 👍. The staff is friendly and helpful. Classes start on time, instructors are innovative and fun. Help when needed.
The workout classes and youth sports programs are very well organized
Like the scheduled activities. Many classes to attend. Also the birthday parties are fun opportunities to meet new people.
