I joined about a month ago and have been using the weight training machines and the pool. I love them both and look forward to trying out some classes. I very much enjoy the welcoming atmosphere. Also, I'm fairly out of shape, so the nonjudgmental attitude of the other exercisers, and the fact that there are a lot of older people (I'm 61) makes me feel comfortable.

The senior exercise classes suit my needs perfectly. The instructor is awesome! I also appreciate the greeting I get from the front desk staff every time I come in.
During the week, I am enjoying the good variety of yoga and Pilates classes. Also Saturday morning Body Pump and access to the virtual studios in other times. Thank you!
It’s a nice facility with a good pool that I use as an alternative when my other options are unavailable.
