I don't take part in any programs right now, I just do my own. I do tread mill I am limited to what I can do because of health issues. I love the Y's family oriented and am comfortable doing what I do.
Staff is very friendly and have a variety of equipment, and space for working out , and have very friendly members
The friendliness of ALL the staff and how much FUN I have while in the Forever Well and Lo Impact Aerobics programs. I will be a member of Duncan Y - as long as I am able to!!!
I love this location. Everyone is friendly. The place always seems clean. Everything works on a consistent basis. Just a great place for my whole family

There's a variety of classes and instructors are motivated.
The facilities are great, hours convenient, and staff friendly and very helpful.
Love the Zumba class with Mona. Also it's a very nice Y and not as crowded as some others.

I love the run and chisel club. My all time favorite is sitting in the sauna.
Pickleball availability
I love YMCA Duncan location. For h20 exercises the water is very clean and comfortable. The staff is always pleasant helpful and knowledgeable. The instructor are awesome and I love their routines. (Analia A. and Raquel O.) They push us to the description of the exercise. Not treating us "elderly" lol

All staff are friendly and welcoming;
the childcare center is attentive, supportive and developmentally appropriate;
work out spaces (rooms and wellness center) is always clean, smells nice and is well-ventilated
I am very grateful for Duncan YMCA. But sorry to see classes being removed or threatened due to light attendance. Appears this Y serves an older clientele and they are being cautious. Personally, I find it an asset to attend group glasses that still allow for social distancing.
The facility looks beautiful and the staff are friendly and knowledgable. There is a beautiful sense of community! I love it! Especially my morning yoga class with Keith!!!
I love Russell who is my daughter swim instructor. He is great with children. He makes the lessons really fun.
I love the children watch. My daughter is very happy playing there while I have some time to work out. She does various arts and crafts, plays at the playground, and plays with toys and other kids.
I wish the children watch in the afternoon started earlier at 4pm, so when my 6 yr old daughter is in her swim lessons, I could work out, and my toddler would be the children watch area.
Never attend one but I hear that the programs are good
