We enjoy the group exercises such as Zumba, ForeverWell Combo and Indoor Pickleball, and wish we have more morning Zumba classes everyday in the week.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like to be able to use the pool lanes in the early afternoon. It would be great if when there is maintenance scheduled at the pool it was mentioned on the web site so plans could be changed or adjusted. The pool are is clean and well maintained

I don't take part in any programs right now, I just do my own. I do tread mill I am limited to what I can do because of health issues. I love the Y's family oriented and am comfortable doing what I do.

The friendliness of ALL the staff and how much FUN I have while in the Forever Well and Lo Impact Aerobics programs. I will be a member of Duncan Y - as long as I am able to!!!

I love YMCA Duncan location. For h20 exercises the water is very clean and comfortable. The staff is always pleasant helpful and knowledgeable. The instructor are awesome and I love their routines. (Analia A. and Raquel O.) They push us to the description of the exercise. Not treating us "elderly" lol
