I love Deborah G.’s classes. She changes things up. Keeps you active and challenged, but more importantly, she watches your every move! Sh3 walks around the class correcting your form so that you get the most out of your workout and you don’t hurt yourself! She is the only teacher I have ever had who treats all her participants like she is their trainer❤️❤️❤️
A lot of options for fitness as far as my interest goes. It’s exciting and the community is amazing and welcoming.

I love all the group ex classes, such a variety
I go TO FOREVER WELL CLASSES but are so limited. They are starting to get crowded and I hope they have more classes to avoid crowding.
Group exersise
I only use the Wellness Center for my workouts, but just love the Y. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the Y has taken very good care for safety during the pandemic!
I am a new member and love my swim instructor Jeryn and my swim lessons. If all the other activities are as good as what I have experienced so far, this is a great place to have fun and exercise.
I like the ability that you can register online and know that you have a spot. However I would like to see hot yoga offered at more facilities at no cost to members.

water aerobics. Wish you would redo the shower room floors in the women's shower room. They are very slippery, no matts whatsoever.
The instructors are amazing! We need to see more live classes with our amazing instructors. Also, opening up more spots for in person classes would be amazing!
Deborah Guillory’s classes are great. She puts in the work to give us a great routine with cardio and strength in her Low Impact Cardio classes on Tuesday and Thursday. If there were more of these with her, I would attend more. She coaches us and makes sure we are doing the moves correctly and always offers modifications. In my opinion, she is the best trainer at LC.
Since joining the LC Y in 2013, and beginning with her body pump classes, traveling step classes, active older adult classes, and more and having her as a personal trainer, she’s why I am still there. Her classes are popular and well attended by anyone who has ever had a class with her. You always know it is going to be a great workout!
