Love the senior programs
I love that they offer a variety of workout classes and other activities for all ages! It’s a great way for everyone to stay active, try something new, and enjoy themselves while building a healthier lifestyle. There’s something for everyone, and I appreciate having options that bring people together through fitness and fun!

I love all the different group exercises because you get meet different people of all ages and you start to grow bonds and become long time friends. I love that there is a place for children to go while their parents work out . I enjoy the gym at the Y . There is just much to do each day of the week !
I like that the past four years now our community group, "WiseWomen of Glazier" has excitedly enjoyed our yearly camp outing with YMCA Camp Cullen.
I like that it is open to all people. I like the nice bus ride outside the city. I like the forest experience reminding me of my childhood.
I like the cost of a full day of fun relaxing activities, as I meet new friends. The meals are ample and good for camp food. The environment is clean and safe for seniors to visit.
The whole camp staff is full of the same joy. They work hard and share endless excitement to make lasting memories. We are forever grateful.

I’m a big fan of Silver sneakers & Forever Well group activities. They are fun & easy yet an awesome workout to stay fit & active. It teaches a lot of fall prevention techniques and exercises.
I like the programs for older adults.

I spend most of my time in the workout gym at Langham Creek YMCA. I like the variety of equipment available. There is one YMCA employee who works during the weekday mornings in the workout gym who is amazing at making the members feel welcome and taking care of the gym. His name is Carlos. He greets the members by name, asks them how they are doing, and he walks around the gym straightening things up during his shift. I've been at the gym during different times of the day, when other workers are working, and he is by far the best, most attentive employee I have seen in the workout gym. He makes people feel valued and is always there to help. If you have employee awards for excellence, he should definitely receive one.

I love everything about the Y. It is the best decision we’ve made all year. So thankful for an excellent summer program for my special needs child and encouraging counselors. Adaptive sports has been such a blessing to allow my son to be himself without being too regimented with the rules. The group exercise has provided for wonderful workouts and lots of good times for my teenage daughter and is. My hubby gave up his PF membership and is now a Y member also! I absolutely had no idea what an impact it would make on our whole family. Wonderful community!
