What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love your silver sneakers programs they have helped me tremendously. I’ve made new friends .just wish you could add on a couple more 130 or 2 PM Silver sneakers classes. Maybe Racquel O or Layla G could agree to make it happen. all of their instructors are fabulous there.

I like the classes! The staff knows my name and it feels so welcoming everytime we go. There’s so much equipment and it’s always clean and even when it’s busy there’s always something available to do

The instructors are very welcoming and the staff is helpful and wonderful. Convenient schedules for a multitude of classes. I particularly enjoy water aerobics and the Silver Sneakers classes.
