We love the silversneaker classes. The instructor is great!. The only thing, not everyone reserved their spot. So today we got there 10 minutes early- no place for chair, no 2 lb weights, only yellow bands.

I like spinning classes as well as option to use bikes when no class is in session. Also like using treadmills and areas fir stretching and exercise.

I like the variety of the exercise classes. I really enjoy the Forever Well field trips. They are very interesting and provide an opportunity to socialize.

I like the exercise clases, specially body pump. My second favorite activity is swimming, I wish they had the pool open more hours every day. There’s a reason why the Augusta location is my very favorite of all.
