With my limited mobility because of arthritis, I am able to get a great workout because of Water Aerobics and Aqua Zumba.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the many options for group exercise as early as 5a and as late as 7p. I have yet to have an instructor who is not patient and kind! This is why I chose the Y over any other gym.

I love the yoga class with Victoria. I also enjoy cardio dance class and Zumba class. The Weight room has many different machines and free weight options.I like the track to walk outside as well. This is truly a complete gym. They have a friendly staff and the facilities are very clean.

I have Adele for three ckassrs a week and she is fantastic. Only wish the Y still accepted Silver Sneakers!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The wide variety of activities and programs have an appeal for almost every element of the community. These include trips and activities for seniors to youth and families. The pools are great for communities who do not have year round pool access and heated pools.

I joined because of your pickleball courts and I also enjoy your weight room.
