I like that the programs are affordable for my family of 6! Also, child watch is a lifesaver for me! I can attend an activity with one of my kids while the others are safely in the care of YMCA staff. There is also such a great variety of activities for my kids to participate in
I enjoy the amount of equipment and various workout spaces. I do wish there were some earlier options for work out classes.

Convenient
It only sucks when:
1. It rains and kids swim in the rain,
2. A natural disaster keeps you from attending all classes paid for and there are no makeups allowed.
Friendly people, clean facility and equipment.
Don't participate in any programs but do enjoy the facilities.
There is such a wide variety of programs and opportunities it was easy to find ways to be involved.

I enjoy the ForeverWell activities and Aqua aerobic classes,
I enjoy the exercise class, particularly now that more classes have been added. It took away the anxiety of not being able to get in.

The treadmills

I'm an early riser and I workout in the gym with my 4 son's multiples times a week. The most important part of my day is coming in to see Miss Valerie every morning. She is a bright light that the Lord placed into my life to keep me motivated and prayed up at all times. She is nothing short of amazing and I love the energy she provides to the Langham Creek YMCA.

The staff is friendly, there are good class offerings, and the child watch crew takes great care of my kids. Karen is a fantastic instructor!! Her classes are my favorite.
Victoria is my trainer, and she is so amazing but let's start with Ms. Valeria when you walk in, she is friendly and welcoming. It makes me want to work out every day knowing that the staff is knowledgeable and willing to help.

The instructor is very professional and I love that in my case my son needed translation because he does not speak English and also had an instructor in Spanish. Both super patient, loving and focused on helping and teaching in swimming.
