What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I spend most of my time in the workout gym at Langham Creek YMCA. I like the variety of equipment available. There is one YMCA employee who works during the weekday mornings in the workout gym who is amazing at making the members feel welcome and taking care of the gym. His name is Carlos. He greets the members by name, asks them how they are doing, and he walks around the gym straightening things up during his shift. I've been at the gym during different times of the day, when other workers are working, and he is by far the best, most attentive employee I have seen in the workout gym. He makes people feel valued and is always there to help. If you have employee awards for excellence, he should definitely receive one.

I love our great pools with Amazing dedicated lifeguards!
I love instructor, Karen who teaches water aerobics and stretch!
Stretch classes are Fabulous!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love everything about the Y. It is the best decision we’ve made all year. So thankful for an excellent summer program for my special needs child and encouraging counselors. Adaptive sports has been such a blessing to allow my son to be himself without being too regimented with the rules. The group exercise has provided for wonderful workouts and lots of good times for my teenage daughter and is. My hubby gave up his PF membership and is now a Y member also! I absolutely had no idea what an impact it would make on our whole family. Wonderful community!

I really enjoy the variety of classes offered from HIIT to weights to yoga. They are great options to choose from to suit my needs for the day.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The ForeverWell for seniors! It keeps me/us engaged physically and socially. We meet new people and get out and around in our community. Wellness information for our health and mental well-being is also great.

My doctor told me I had to exercise. I can’t even remember how many years since I did any type of exercise…. 35+! We have silversnikers so we went to the YMCA. It has been great! We are working every minute of the class. Raquel is the best teacher. She always changes up the class so we don’t get bored. The exercises are perfect- I’m sweating but nothing I can’t do.
My only complaint is everyone does not reserve their spot in the class. Mondays we can have 48-55 in the class. We have to get there at least 15 minutes early just to get a chair spot, bands, weights, balls.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the Silver Sneakers and Forever Well classes! In the past I only went to the gym and walked on the treadmill. A friend mentioned she was going to a Silver Sneakers class and I enjoyed it. Since then I have attended another class and plan to go on a regular basis.

I love the latest equipment that is being provided in a clean environment. Also, I am pleased with my family membership so we can all stay fit while interacting with friends …

I love all the wonderful staff there at YMCA Ana Anthony and Michelle and Karen and linda and all the instructors are Incredible and so friendly! They are all above and beyond! Front staff there are very nice and very helpful and very friendly and caring!!!! We love you Anthony so keep up the good work In teaching zumba!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
