It is calm unlike other gyms
I like the exercise clases, specially body pump. My second favorite activity is swimming, I wish they had the pool open more hours every day. There’s a reason why the Augusta location is my very favorite of all.

Very good gym
I love the classes. Before, when I was a member, I only used the machines. I hated it, and I was so bored. I really like the classes, and I think I can stay with it. My Y has great teachers.
The staff are attentive, answer questions, and instructors are great

Grateful to have programs designed to keep seniors healthy and strong. In addition to the workout programs, the Langham Creek YMCA sponsors social events and day trips, vendor fairs, and health checkups/scans. It is really a one-stop shop for seniors wanting connection and fun!
