I like the cardio and strength exercise classes.
My wife and I attend group exercise for AOA. The hours encompass most of the day for flexibility. Morning and Evening classes. The Ballard location is well maintained. With a friendly staff. Plenty of parking and a covered drop off front entrance

Les Mills classes!
I love the way you all set up the elementary child care this summer. I love that the room is screen free and I know that my kids are playing/interacting and having fun. I love the group exercise classes. Jill is an amazing teacher. I really like Denise’s classes as well.
I've been really happy with the childcare. It's organized with activities and the employees engage with the kids.
I also like the availablity of group fitness, which is the main reason I go to the gym.
The summer camps have been a great thing, also! My daughter enjoyed Art camp and my boys are looking forward to basketball camp later this month.
I really like how the YMCA is a community.
The variety.

Love the instructors and the variety of classes! Building is always clean and has open machines. Child care is amazing too! Kids love going! Lori and Cara are my favs! 😀
Yoga and Pilates
The exercises, such as water jog and Zumba. Also the gym’s convenient schedule.
There are a lot of group classes and a nice pool for the kids.
Pilates classess in the evening. All of them are in the morning.
The instructors are great. The people that work there seem to enjoy their jobs.
Many options
Love the variaety of exercise programs, that we can go. I like Zumba, and my daughter likes Body combat.
Great facility with really top notch machines and nice people. Love the Bible up front in the foyer and the Christian music on the sound system.
Just wish you would not put The View on the TV. It does not support Christian morals and values.
Yoga classes. I wish they would add another class to Fridays.
My wife and I are hardcore in the Team Beth Strand group exercise crowd and have been at it for six years. We love her style, her personality, and her energy.
Other aspects of the Y are great too. Child Watch specifically deserves praise for the hard work they do.
Overall, we love it.
I love body combat, mat Pilates, and body flow. I like the faith foundation of the YMCA. I miss Christian music during classes and wish bible studies/devotions with exercise were offered.

I use the Y for my personal workouts. My wife and I attended the senior sock hop a couple of years ago. That was fun!

Great facilities to keep both physical and mental faculty active both for youth and also to seniors like us, aged between 60 and 90 years old.
