Our whole family is enjoying the Monty Ballard YMCA!! My mom loves the senior activities - especially the line dancing and my 6 yr old daughter has been enjoying your swimming program, especially lessons with Alyssa and Emma!! These two instructors have taken such good care of my daughter! We have been taking private lessons with Alyssa for a year now and she has given my daughter a strong foundation in all four swimming strokes! Thank you Alyssa for all you have done for us!!

A great variety of classes in a friendly environment. Supportive, fun instructors!
The variety of the group exercise programs offered ensure that there is something fun to do every day. I attend yoga, mat pilates, bodyblow, and barre class, and they all complement each other very well.
Love the equipment in the weight room!
I like the friendly staff. All of them, everyday, are welcoming and encouraging. There is always a smile and time to help the members with any questions.

I love what the YMCA stands for in God and community. We have been members for almost 2 years and love coming to the great work out classes and my kids love all the different activities while there.

I took part in the Moving Stronger with MS program in 2017. The program and instructors were awesome. We’ve become Silver Sneakers members and enjoy being able to exercise.

The staff there is good it’s a little small on the gym side but the equipment is new and they allow free reign. Highly recommend this
