The instructors have a caring attitude that resonates in their classes. They constantly add new exercises that work on so many parts of our body. If your struggling and not sure how to do an activity they will help you correct what you are doing wrong.

The staff are accommodating and approachable. The group classes are exhilarating, fun, and well-designed, especially when/if lead by a well-trained and capable instructor.

They are typically family friendly. Sometimes the music in the classes have not been but that's generally not the case.

I like ALL of your programs and activities. There are many options at varying levels from which to choose and participants from beginner to advanced levels can find their place. There's something for the whole family.
However, the selection of activities is not the only thing that makes an organization great.
Customer convenience and service are important.
I would like to see more options for payments. Members should be able to choose between direct payments vs auto payments. The auto payment restriction does not always work as intended, especially when unauthorized payments are taken from one's bank account. This is what I experienced recently. After a week, it still has not been resolved.
I hope YMCA can add free Zumba kid and kids fit classes. Therefore , the kids can involve more activities when they come with their patents.
I love the variety of the FOREVER WELL classes.
They have very good instructors, and all their machines are very good according to the needs of each person. thank you.
The instructors are amazing and class levels fit everyone’s needs. It is always clean and staff are welcoming. Childcare is great!
