The group classes and instructors are the best! I especially enjoy the body combat classes and would love to have a body combat class added on Sunday.

Knowledgeable instructors. So many activities for seniors and programs for health. Met very nice folks here.

Love all the classes the YMCA offers especially Zumba and belly dance. I love how the daycare is split into different age groups so I know my kids are safe and can have fun while I work out.
The classes
I have only re joined a week ago. I have only done 2 water aerobics' classes. I am now retired and on Medicare. I am also Diabetic. My blood sugar dropped drastically after the first class. I came prepared with peanut butter crackers and some nuts in my bag. Now I worry that I might forget or not have some sugar in my bag. Is there a snack/candy machine on the premises? Just in case someone might need....just saying.

I like the gym, its location, the instructors, and the classes! Great place to meet people who want to take care of their bodies in a safe and inviting environment.
Everything! From the pool, exercise classes… The staff is so kind and amazing. So knowledgeable. I grateful we are members. We became members only for the before and after school program but we gained so much more from our YMCA.
I like the variety of classes offered.
There are well trained instructors with ample equipment for all.

Facility is clean and has a lot of options for workouts either in group or individual trainings.
Opening hours and schedules are really good.
Many options to choose to meet your daily goal of exercises.
Social encounters with other members of the community are also part of the Y’s life…
The instructors and the variety of classes
Everyone thing espicay the staff.
I enjoy the work out area with its various workout machines and weights. Would love to have a deltoid lateral raise machine installed at the facility.
Needs to improve:
1. The lockers in the Gym room are most of the time, prelocked and no one can use them. Those need to be repaired and opened for customers to access and use.
2. The restrooms are not having napkins for hand drying, install Air dryers if they can't be refilled on time/frequently
3. Coffee machines have been removed, or they are non-existent lately.
4. The balls used for silver sneakers Senior exercise class don't have air in them. Check those regularly and fill air in them
5. The parking lot in the front entrance of the building has car slots which are tight and very packed. They need to reassess the slot size, since the car sizes have grown big the slots have not.
Already particularly good:
1. the services and equipment is good
2. the people and staff are friendly
3. the facility is clean and well maintained
4. The hours ae good however, it should be extended for gym to remain open on weekends
5. The wifi is good, however, the router sometimes doesn't connect or gives low speed. Somehow QoS or quality of service method should be enabled on it. It's free to enable it or check it.
