Seniorcise has three awesome instructors Laurie, Caroline and Ashley. Also Rosie is the best instructor in water aerobics! Keep these girls happy because they give their all for us!!

The freedom to workout at my convenience. The staff is so helpful in the main workout room. They assist with the weight machines when asked , and always are very pleasant!!

What I like about prrograms and activities:
- Different schedules (that start on time)
- Offered for different ages
- Good variety differentiated according to physical conditions, including recreational
- Offered for each person without pressure, to do as much as individually possible
- Mind and body included (including gardening and family activities)
- Offer explanantion of each program and how it can fit individua needs
- Additional prices for specific prices are affordable
- Offer job opportunities for young, adult, and retired memebers of our community
- Communication reminding about the importance and benefits of attending and joining programs

I love the intensity of the group exercise classes. I also love the pool, and the child watch area.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The atmosphere, the helpful attitude of the associates, the friendliness and kindness of the associates. No body shaming. The equipment is age friendly. I can’t swim but love getting in the pool. The spa is great for my aches and pains. I have met so many great people since I started coming. The only complaint, no sauna! I got spoiled at the old building. Yes, I forgot there is a wide range of exercise classes

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love aire fitness and childcare. Johnna does an excellent job hiring amazing y watchers. Genesis is great and works so hard.

And training with Katrin Shields has changed my life. She works so hard to Cultivate a family within our aire fitness group. She pushes us while respecting where we are. Perfect balance. She encourages us and is so inspiring when she shares her passion for fitness. I cannot say enough about how greatly I appreciate her support and guidance. She is a treasure. I also have to say how awesome Gio is at the front desk. She knows us, always greets us and is a light!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Silver sneakers program. I feel comfortable and truly enjoy being with those in my age bracket. Seniors wanting to move the body and stay active!!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love all of the classes I have taken so far at YMCA. We also had a great experience with swim lessons for our preschooler! In less than one month she learns to hold her breath under water, jump into the pool and begin kicking, and pull herself out of the pool. We plan to continue with swim lessons this spring!
I also love the childcare services! My kids wake up everyday and ask to go to the YMCA!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I had previously been attending the Ys in the central/west part of Houston. And this Y is definitely the nicest one I have been to! I was very impressed. There is enough equipment and space, as well as a very clean facility. So glad this one is near my home.
