They are for all ages
Great 👍
Variety, something for everyone, cleanliness, modern facilities, friendly instructors
Great gym
All the staff is very friendly and the gym is clean. Has a large amount of activities for children and classes for adults. I also love that there is adaptive sports for those kids with special needs.
I love the multiple senior exercise programs that are available. Also, the Y Staff at the front desk are the most patient and considerate people that you’re ever going to meet.
Clean and good equipment
Wide veriety of exercise equipment
Good group exercise class offerings. Additional early morning options would be great too!
Group exercise classes
I truly enjoy working out at this location. It makes you feel very comfortable being there.
We ride recumbent bike and do 1 dozen weight machines.
I like all the programs for seniors and I especially like the various times offered.
The Y is my life!! I have to go there every day of the week!! Most of my friends are there !!
Thanks, Jeri
I like that the needs of all ages are met. I like the programs that are offered for my children.
Really like the seniors classes. But please don’t get anymore subs that know nothing about leading the workout. Was a disaster. Especially like Ashley. Wish she taught more senior classes. Is a delight.
Big clean and friendly. Good classes and cardio equipment although I wish there were a few more standard EFX machines. They seem to fill up fast
Swimming pool and hot tubs. Also get to meet great people.
I attend the Active Older Adults classes such as Seniorcise, Yoga, Silver Sneakers. I like these classes very much. I would like to see more classes. I am also interested in weight control or diet classes.
I love the price/size of the swim lessons. My kids love the childcare area which is rare for my youngest. Zumba, yoga, and hot yoga are all amazing!! I want to try every class offered at least once. The outdoor pool is great for the kids during the summer. The staff at the front are amazing! I love the indoor track and there is plenty of workout space with machines and weights. Overall, it's a great place to have some "me time " while my kids get to plat. It's safe to say, the Y is my new addiction.
The larger space for seniorsize & the exercise bikes in the new building.
The variety of excercise offered to seniors. The kindness shown to us and the opportunities for meeting friends
They have two great swimming pools that the kids love... one indoor and one outdoor!
I have yet to participate in a program or activity
The instructor's knowledge and friendliness.
The whole group made me feel welcome.

The Friendly and dedicated people. The programs
Schedule and activities are perfect.
Supportive coaches who seem to like the children they are coaching.

I love the facility. However, the lifeguards are not very strict / observant when it comes to young children / toddlers who should be wearing a swimmer diaper etc. I have personally pointed out that a child, under the age of 2 was not wearing a diaper at all. I HONESTLY, think that when parents with young kids, kids that appear to be under the age of 4 need to be asked if they are potty trained. And parents walking into the pool area with kids in their arms, most definitely should be asked if the child is wearing the required swimmer diaper with plastic pants over the top. Instead I've been told that the rules are posted and that YMCA members who ONLY have Pool Memberships sign a rule sheet. No one reads those rules including your own lifeguards. In fact, after I pointed out to one of your guards that a baby was NOT wearing a diaper, the guard right stated well the mother is holding the child in her arms, so what the kid us still in the water and furthermore, the kid has been all over the pool with various family members. Anyway, eventually, 2 guards went to talk to the mother, but before doing so, I personally witnessed them reading the pool rules. As a former lifeguard, American Red cross certified swim instructor and a former waterfront director, that is NIOT acceptable. I know what has to happen if a pool gets contaminated with vomit of feces. And the swimmer diaper rule can most definitely prevent the later from happening.
