The indoor walking trail. I have allergies and can’t walk outside. Back troubles keep me from working on the treadmill or walking on hard concrete areas.
I have just started coming again after the opening. I can't really say what I like except that there is EVERYTHING that a person could want to help them maintain or regain their health. Thanks for having this wonderful place.

I like that there are so many different classes and activities to fit every age group. I only wish you had wellness classes and the diabetes class at this location.
I like that Cody really listens to our requests for issues that have come up since the Y re-opened after the hurricane. He really listens and tries his best to accommodate our requests. I also like that the Y is very diligent on keeping an immaculate pool and facility. It’s always very clean.

This YMCA has every feature a person could desire. The personnel working at this site are exceptionally courteous, helpful and always have a smile on their face.
The staff and the facilities are wonderful
Very much enjoy seniorsize class and instructors. Our class size appears to be increasing but they now have taken a big chunk of the room for a closet. There is a lot of movement in the classes and people are bumping into one another.
I suggest considering providing the option for both a 9 am and 10 am class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Because of knee injuries I can't do much so I'm using the pool to walk around and exercising my knees and legs.

Lots of choices for group exercise classes. Love all the instructors too
Lots of variety in classes. Love having the virtual classes in the afternoon in case I have to miss my typical morning workout. All of the instructors are excellent, but my faves are Shannon for yoga and Stacie for CSI. Only ask for improvement: can you please mark the floor in the mind and body room to max space for yoga mats. Many of the classes are completely full so we need to use the room to capacity.
I love the hours, I am able to workout at 5AM before I go to work. My kids love the swimming facilities (indoor and outdoor pools).
I have to say that the people at the Y are some of the most king and caring I ever see!
