I’m an AOA member & I enjoy the excercise classes. There is a variety to choose from. The monthly lunches are a good way to catch up with friends over a good food & I like the trips.

What I like is the multitude and variety of classes offered. As a senior, the available senior classes are programs I highly recommend to friends and promote to folks who show up just to try them out. I regularly go to the Silver Sneakers yoga and Seniorcise classes and can definitely feel the difference they’ve made to my balance and strength.
I love the cleanliness of the facility, the variety of equipment, the friendliness and availability of the staff if someone needs guidance.
The YMCA offers it all, to everyone! So many classes to choose from, so many activities to tke part in.

Variety of classes, times and equipment
Pleased with the weight machines available. I take the 12:30 Sunday yoga class and would only suggest there needs to be more classes due to the crowded conditions.

So thankful for the Child Watch which allows me to exercise guilt-free, knowing my kids are having a great time playing with the caring staff.
I don't utilize your programs or participate in your activities. I wouldn't mind trying a class or two, but quite honestly - I am not sure how to do it and therefore I don't.
AND - that is not the question that was asked in the email. The email stated, "How likely are you to recommend McWilliams YMCA to a friend or family member?"
SO, really a bad survey and the results you receive (if you are measuring programs and activities) will be severely flawed.
The atmosphere is one of support for all ages.
We need more yoga classes. The ones that we have are over crowded. Excellent instructors.
