Silver sneaker classes are my favorite

Anyone can try the group classes.

So far I have only used the exercise classes for seniors a few times but I think it’s well organized and the leader does a great job.

I especially love the water fitness classes. And, for other classes I've taken, the instructors are knowledgeable, caring, and they make staying fit, fun!

I also like the facility and the friendly staff.

Love the variety of classes and how the facility continues to update to current equipment. I wish there was a regular yoga class offered later than the 8:00 and 8:30 times. The later classes are more advanced for my abilities and the chair yoga classes are too easy.

Quality of group instructors

The instructors in my classes. They are exceptional and try to be personal with everyone. They are about to build an EOS in my area and the instructors are what will keep my membership at the Y.

The people are friendly and willing to help. New equipment from recumbent bike to weight machines are very nice. The facility is/has been kept up nicely.

Weights, cardio section...never too crowded, as there are a bunch of machines.
