Yoga with Shannon & Cynthia is wonderful. They are instructive, adding many options for different physical abilities. I attend each yoga class each week!
The water aerobics is my second favorite class, especially Karens classes. To have fun and upbeat music as we exercise with minimal stress to our joints is a bonus. The deep water aerobics adds a bit of challenge with the same movements but in the deep end of the pool and wearing a belt. This adds an element of core work as well.

The hot tub has constant chemical issues. This has been happening for several years. The hot tub is closed on a average of once a week if not more.

I needed a place to swim and they have a great pool. I'm getting back into running so, I use their treadmill as well. Great gym overall. Really friendly staff!
