There are several activities/programs to choose from.
My daughter was scared to put her face in on day one and after one full session, she’s now swimming at home independently. Esmeralda was wonderful! She was so patient and kind and my daughter really enjoyed learning from her. Thank you!

I like the setup of choices you have to offer to seniors fitness.
My favorites of programs are the yearly senior day @ Camp Cullen and Dancing with the Silver Stars. Kudos to Elena for her great ability to put forth a fun time. Her gift of knowing how to relate to us seniors is a plus!!

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF THE Y FOR A LONG TIME. SEVERAL DECADES I BELIEVE. I LIKE THE FACILITY AND THE EXERCISE OPPORTUNITIES IT OFFERS.
STAFF SEEM TO BE COMPETENT BUT DESPITE ATTENDING FOR YEARS THEY ARE NOT VERY FRIENDLY. NOT UNFRIENDLY, BUT JUST SLIGHTLY ALOOF EXCEPT FOR A FEW STAFF MEMBERS. BUT YOUR FRONT DESK STAFF SEEMS TO CHANGE A LOT.
