I absolutely love everything here! having a family with teens and small children, I love that there is always something for all of them to enjoy. Personally I enjoy and recommend, cicling, yoga, Zumba and all the classes offered.

Childcare is amazing. Hands on activities and the teachers are so good with the kids and very attentive. My son is loving chess club as well. The classes are great and the facility feels very clean.

I found the Y due to wanting to learn how to swim. I've been to several lessons with the 2 adult instructors and they have been so supportive and helpful. I truly feel like im learning and grasping the basics of swimming.

Forever Well for Seniors

The machines are modern and the staff members are extremely helpful. I try to workout using the machines and on occasion take classes to help keep me active. The programs for Senior Citizens are fantastic.

Classes. Quality of instruction. How I am greeted when I enter the club with a good morning and a hello. And how I am acknowledged when I leave the club. Two important things that show exemplary customer service. The cleanliness of the facility. Working on the AC and the mind. Body studio was important. The hours of operation

I love your deep water exercise classes. Not only are they fun, they are a great workout for people who have knee & back issues. Shallow water aerobics does not eliminate impact on the knees & back. It would be wonderful if you had that classes at 10 am more than 2 times per week.

I really enjoy the indoor pool for exercising.

Indoor track and basketball area need more ventilation air. The body sweat bad odor was very strong.
