Hello Manager, I just wanted to share that, I really enjoy the silver sneakers and the swim exercise classes at the gym. If possible, I would love to see more water aerobics to improve fitness. Aquatic therapy used for recovery join pain or rehabilitation. Walking in the pool for low- impact exercise, great for joints and beginner. Thank you

My only problem is in the men's locker room on the first floor. Virtually all of the long lockers in this room have locks on them. These are the long lockers with wide bottoms. On October first, I had to lay out because of a heart condition. Most of these particular lockers were available at that time. When I returned in mid November, virtually all of these these lockers were unavailable at that time. It is difficult for me to understand the reason for the policy change regarding the availability of these lockers.
I’ve used only the pool and I’m very favorably impressed. Bravo!
Flexibility, variety, dedicated instructors
Program is great, at moment no active in activities, due to an injury!
Love the Yoga Aquatics and we need more than just 1 class a week. There are times I cannot make it on Friday. More often than not, the instructor is turning away peeps bc class is full and this water exercise is gentle on senior bones!

Programs are a waste of time. I only use the gym. Bring back the towels.

They are well organized and family friendly, The atmosphere is so wonderful and refreshing.
Absolutely love all the aqua classes either in the warm pool or lap pool! Yvonne and Mary are great instructors who motivate us, play good music and lead us in very beneficial water exercises! Also a big shout out to all the lifeguards who keep us safe, well and happy! It has made a big difference in my daily life and well-being!
I come mainly for Sharon and Melody's yoga classes on weekends. The classes are top level and I tell all my friends about them.
The group classes
I like the wide range of exercise classes and that there are many different times throughout the day to accommodate any schedule.
