Sense of community at this Y! Big fan of the fitness classes, too bad there isn’t reformer Pilates at this location! Otherwise, I’ve recommended this Y to multiple colleagues.
Love the programs available!
Types of programs and activities are fine but location sometimes is not good for seniors who participate. An example is the gym for classes. Gym accommodates more people but very cold and drafty this time of year. When classes are changed at last minute signs should be put up to indicate where the class is now being held.
Organization of foreverwell
I enjoy the exercise classes and the instructors, such as Jahan, John and Shavon.
Great job of planning events for the elderly!
Variety of workout classes, easy to schedule, good instructions, clean, welcoming setting.
I like The e gyms
I love the egym equipment and seeing all the other older people working out is inspiring.
There are many great programs to choose from at various times of day.
Convenient location, helpful staff and diverse (but not exceptional) range of equipment.

Programs for all people through the lifespan. Clean facilities, too.
The scheduling. Various times and days for many of the classes.
My family appreciates the swim class and we are so happy that the childcare site is open too. It's a HUGE part of why we joined the YMCA.
I like the variety in the programs offered and the times they are offered.
Group exercise classes!
A variety of options available in our neighborhood.
I’ve been working out at the gym for the past month, and I love it. I changed my membership from a regular gym to the YMCA because my son wanted to start working out, and it was too expensive for me to pay for both memberships since my older son watched my little one sometimes when I was at the gym the request created a disbalance in my routine. So a friend recommended it. The staff was amiable and helpful (I loved to see older adults working at the front desk). The gym feels like a community, and they offer kids watch for up to two hours.
Pool maintenance
Yoga classes and lap pool

Socializing and friend support in the exercise classes. I’ve met a lot of awesome women!
Exercise classes keep this 80-year old upright and moving.
