The gymn and classes
Everything. The Weekley Y needs more programs for active seniors(such as myself, I’m 58) plus a steam room and dry sauna. But I still love the amenities offered at the location.
I like the Zumba water exercise class. Also two other water exercise class ( Sorry I forgot instructor’ name)
I am 88 years old and in good health. I attribute much of that to my daily workouts at the Y.
Variety of classes. Iinstructors are wonderful

I know you have several beautiful programs!!! I don’t get the opportunity to join and enjoy. I’m not sure why! It could be that I haven’t been introducedI to all of these programs.
I enjoy very much some of the aids available for physical fitness and above all that people around me enjoying too. They are my inspiration. I like to see through the windows the tall trees while I’m on the tread mill. The space, the cleanness of the environment and the good ventilation system are outstanding. The beauty starts from outside as you you approach the facility and drive in the parking Lott.
I don’t think I can praise enough the blessing to have you close to home!!!
Good class leaders who are aware and careful with seniors. Exercises are well chosen for seniors. Ease of signing up and canceling classes. Many good class choices..
Love the pool!
The gym is very friendly and promotes good health. The Senior Programs are very strong. I like seeing the wide variety of people who use the various programs— especially the children.
Instructors are very welcoming and knowledgeable

The group exercise helps me stay on track with my fitness routine. I really enjoy the outings... it's an opportunity to socialize and to meet new people and visit places I wasn't familiar with. Bingo is a nice way to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. I joined through the Silver Sneakers program for free but the the charges for a general membership worth every cent.it. Several presentations on various topics regarding health topics.They offer use of the pool but the classes are early in the morning

Very good programs and knowledge by instructors.
Soccer
Low Impact Combo and ForeverWell Stretch classes with John are outstanding. He gives excellent verbal instruction and demonstrates each move well while emphasizing the positioning of the weight in the feet, how to push or pull body parts as well as the position of the the back, neck and head. His classes incorporate aerobics, weight training and stretch - all of the elements being promoted to maintain health and avoid mental deterioration.
