I enjoy use of the various strengthening machines on the second floor as well as the treadmills
and recumbent bicycles. I also enjoy the health lectures for seniors. I am also impressed with how often I see the treadmills being cleaned and wish to commend Bill (last name unknown) for this service. And lastly I enjoy playing bridge and meeting with friends around the table. Again my thanks to Bill for setting up the tables.
Regarding the treadmills, I highly recommend that all treadmills be equipped with TV's when it is time for some to be replaced.
So far I've only used the pickleball facilities in the gym. I appreciate the frequent schedule and good quality equipment.

It has various activities and programs for pretty much all age groups.
Pickleball has had expanded their hours so that there are more times to choose from making it less crowded than before.
The circuit exercise machines in the gym upstairs are very useful. You can spend a lot of time (if space allows) or you can spend very little time if preferred just to fit in a little bit of exercise, without having to deal with setting up every machine each time, as it automatically resets for the user with the wrist smart band.
The dance and exercise programs are nice too, and the game activities are great for those who like to participate in those as well.
And I think its great that it has programs for the school age kids after school so that they can be active as well.
I also like that there are real people who answer the phones when we call (that there is an option for us to press on the phone when we would like to speak to a person!) . The front desk people have been knowledgeable and helpful when I have needed assistance too. (Keep it up!)

Good regular schedule of programs that allows me to plan in advance; especially the early morning group exercise classes. Go to class first thing in the morning and it’s done for the day.
The people are friendly.
We begin to go on trip. The people at the front desk looks for the senior citizen. Dianna tries to meet our needs . It’s like a family
I like all of the fitness classes offered, and the staff is very friendly.
I also like the fact that you reach out to the community by providing food for those in need.
I would like the y to offer pickle ball lessons for the various levels so that those new to the game could have an opportunity to learn the game. West U rec center offers throughout the year as well as St. John's the Devine . church and the JCC. I understand these classes fill up fast so I feel there is a real need.
