Easy accessibility. How about adding belly dancing for exercise?
Variety of programs for senior age group. Frequency of classes including daily water exercise.
Amir as front desk is excellent and consistently handles issues that arise.
Areas for improvement - communication of upcoming changes is often by word of mouth. Class cancellation communication is not always timely. Regular instructors are very good, some better than others. Substitute instructors are not always the best. Most know the topic but are not good communicators ie - Mona and Tomoko
Love the lifespan approach and activities for all.

There are numerous group exercise classes available to you to choose from. This gives you many options to choose from.
Water exercise and I like to have more bus tours.

I really enjoy the group activities, especially Body Pump, yoga and Body Balance. My favorite teacher/coaches are Julia Amborsky, Stella and John Dalton.
I am currently taking yoga, barre (I don't think it's called that), and tai chi. The instructors have all been excellent, and I'm excited for the next class.

Elena Dinkins does a marvelous job as director of senior activities such as getting speakers of interest especially in the health related area, I enjoy bridge games and the holiday events and also an occasional trip ion the county bus, But, my primary reason for going to the Y is to exercise. I do not participate in any classes but use the equipment on the second floor,
Pickleball, child care and the different classes you offer
Group classes and camaraderie of other participants. Both keep me motivated for fitness.
I like the diversity of activities and services for families. I mostly use the gym floor. But I do like the variety of classes (i.e. zumba and night time cardio)
The instructors for the Foreverwell Combo, Foreverwell Stretch, and Low Impact Combo are Great. Don't know if there's enough interest but offer these type of classes in the late afternoon.

Pool, trainers are great.
Clean facility and ample personnel around to ask for help with the treadmills and weight machines.
Programs and activities are well designed and organized.
You have good group classes and programs, with clean, well maintained equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful with smiles.
