Very friendly staff, wonderful service and treatment of the pups

Being able to have daycare, boarding, and spa all in one place.
The app is a great asset to make appointments, and the webcam that allows me to see my pet at play while I’m away.

The staff are very friendly and they take great care of my dog. She always comes home exhausted from a day full of playing with her friends.

I like that I can drop my dog off for just an hour or two and am just charged for that amount of time.

Friendly and caring staff. The facility is wonderful and really like the updated padded floors. It really gives me comfort knowing my pup is spending the day with caring people.

I really enjoy that there is a camera I can watch my dog on while I am away. Also, side note: the camera quality is really good. I also like that the staff is very friendly and accommodating when handling my nervous dog. I also like that he does not stink too much when I pick him up from boarding. I will most definitely continue to use Dogtopia of Haywood Road in the future!

This facility always does such a great job at bathing my cockapoo, Kinko. His fur is always so soft and fluffy afterwards!! I have so much trust in the staff at this Dogtopia location. They seem to be so kind and caring to all of the dogs.

Doggie day care

My 8 month puppy paws and jumps at the door to get into Dogtopia. My puppy loves the owners, who know him by name, the caring staff and all of his doggy friends. I appreciate the cleanliness and thoughtful, attentive care I can always count on.

Everyone was very nice and really concerned about the well being of my puppy and all of the other dogs. They truly want the dogs to enjoy themselves and just be dogs. My dog really enjoyed her meet and greet day. Thank you!

Clean, friendly environment. Wish they would interact more with the dogs. Most of the time they (the dogs) just lay around, being bored. Liven it up some, make it fun!

i would 100% recommend Dogtopia of Haywood Rd. each staff member is so friendly and is so nice to Coco and i every time we visit. the place is kept clean and i love that i can watch Coco from my phone. the app is super fun and easy to use!
