Everything!! Gryffin yelps and leaps every time I ask him if he wants to go to “school.” It’s his favorite place and the staff are exceptional!

My pups had a great time at Dogtopia! The staff was very helpful and genuinely listened to all concerns about my pups. I have two senior dogs, one with arthritis and knee replacements, so they require a little more attention at times than most. The staff at Dogtopia took the time to understand the needs of both dogs and find the play room that was best suited to their needs. At the end of the visit, they were brought out to the car and the owner (at least I think it was the owner) took the time to discuss the dogs again and thank us for trusting them with the pups. My dogs have been to a lot of daycares over the years and this was definitely the best experience. We weren’t rushed in or out since it was our first visit. Very organized. Much appreciated. Thank you!

I like how personal the experience is. My dog went for a meet & greet and she is a very anxious dog. They worked with her and made her feel comfortable as well as me during the whole scenario.

She came out so excited. I am looking forward to bringing her back!

I like how easy it is to just drop the dog off when I want him to go to daycare. I don't have to create an appointment, I can just wake up, decide I want to take him in and drop him off and get on with my day. The curbside pickup is great too. I don't even have to get out of the car.

A recommendation though would be to have something that lets you know when people pull up to the door. Sometimes I pull up and sit in my car for a few minutes before someone sees me to bring the dog out. I'm not sure what the protocol is for covid and all... should I come to knock on the door? Honk?

We have only been once a couple of days ago but I was totally impressed with everything about the facility and the staff. I love that Dogtopia is family-owned and managed and that lots of family members are the dogs’ trainers and supervisors. Everyone really cares I feel very comfortable leaving my pup in their care. He loves it! He’s tired and fulfilled when he gets home. He can’t wait to see his new friends again. We will be coming back today..

I love the attention my pup receives. He is paired up with other pups by temperament too. It truly feels like a close friend or family member is watching your pup when you're not able to.

We love the drop in feature! We had to be out of our house for several hours and it was great just to show up and drop them off! They had a great time and were able to get the puppy energy out!

Everyone is fantastic! True dog lovers! I really enjoy popping on the app to take a look on the webcam. I love the facility, it’s kept very clean and doesn’t smell, despite all the dogs.

You treat my dog extremely well. He's excited to go, and happy when he comes back. He's extremely bored being home with me when I'm working, and this gives me a chance to get him some activity and have the fun I want him to have safely.

Opal is getting comfortable and feeling safe after only a few visits. We love watching her via webcam.

Great first day. The dog watchers clearly do a great job of making sure the rooms are kept clean and no dogs are getting into trouble at all which is super appreciated. Great packages available and just such nice people. Will be long time customers.

Always so sweet to my dog, always respond so well to my questions and concerns. I also love that there’s a webcam so I can always see my baby. Some places say they’re gentle and positive but you never know. With Dogtopia you know. I also love that they take her personality into account - she’s terrified of the hair dryer, so they use the crate dryer to make sure she’s comfortable and happy on spa day. My pup literally whines with excitement as soon as she sees the orange flag!
