I have been taking my dog Izzy there since she was a puppy! When I first toured—I immediately knew that they would love her and take amazing care of her either through doggy daycare or boarding. Everybody on staff is so polite and always really helpful and attentive. They do fun activities for dogs during the summer and the holidays and Izzy always has the best time. She already knows when we are on our way to Dogtopia and gets so excited once we park out front. I would recommend Dogtopia to any person who wants their dogs to be able to play and socialize during the day!

I like that when you bring your dog for socialization and playtime that there is supervision with the dogs and you can see your dog through windows and webcam.

The staff is great.They listen to my concerns about my two very different dogs and care for them accordingly. Staff has made every effort to get to know my two boys and it shows! My dogs LOVE to go to Dogtopia The hours are perfect for my work schedule and curbside drop off is the best! The daycare is always clean. I love the web cams so I can check on my dogs. I also like the special things you do. An example, the picture taken of my dog from the winter party. All the other "events" too

Our pup Larry absolutely loves Dogtopia! (If we mention "Dogtopia" in the house, he even reacts and gets excited). We love that we can tune into the streams while Larry is there, and everytime we look he is wagging his tail like crazy. It is his favorite place to play! We also love enjoying the benefits of a tired dog the subsequent evening.

The attention to detail and care for the individual dog

Everything!! Gryffin yelps and leaps every time I ask him if he wants to go to “school.” It’s his favorite place and the staff are exceptional!

My pups had a great time at Dogtopia! The staff was very helpful and genuinely listened to all concerns about my pups. I have two senior dogs, one with arthritis and knee replacements, so they require a little more attention at times than most. The staff at Dogtopia took the time to understand the needs of both dogs and find the play room that was best suited to their needs. At the end of the visit, they were brought out to the car and the owner (at least I think it was the owner) took the time to discuss the dogs again and thank us for trusting them with the pups. My dogs have been to a lot of daycares over the years and this was definitely the best experience. We weren’t rushed in or out since it was our first visit. Very organized. Much appreciated. Thank you!

I like how personal the experience is. My dog went for a meet & greet and she is a very anxious dog. They worked with her and made her feel comfortable as well as me during the whole scenario.

She came out so excited. I am looking forward to bringing her back!

I like how easy it is to just drop the dog off when I want him to go to daycare. I don't have to create an appointment, I can just wake up, decide I want to take him in and drop him off and get on with my day. The curbside pickup is great too. I don't even have to get out of the car.

A recommendation though would be to have something that lets you know when people pull up to the door. Sometimes I pull up and sit in my car for a few minutes before someone sees me to bring the dog out. I'm not sure what the protocol is for covid and all... should I come to knock on the door? Honk?

We have only been once a couple of days ago but I was totally impressed with everything about the facility and the staff. I love that Dogtopia is family-owned and managed and that lots of family members are the dogs’ trainers and supervisors. Everyone really cares I feel very comfortable leaving my pup in their care. He loves it! He’s tired and fulfilled when he gets home. He can’t wait to see his new friends again. We will be coming back today..
