I can see how much your staff LOVES dogs!

The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to put my anxious pup at ease.

I like that there are dog behavioralists in the playrooms. Ive seen how they interact with the dogs who are acting up—redirecting, then being put on a lead, and then a time-out in a crate. I feel this actually helps to train the dog about what is appropriate canine interaction and what is not. The people in the playrooms are also more attentive to the dogs than Ive seen at other companies. I also appreciate the fact that there are live webcams that I can check-in on at any time! I can see if my dogs are the ones misbehaving and/or how they are being treated while they are there. The themed days are just icing on the cake—bacon bubbles, watermelon treat, puppucinos, etc.

Great staff! They did a great job with our dog who is very nervous about the environment they were very patient and kind and encouraging. it was so great to see her appropriately interacting with other dogs!

They were very attentive with my dog. We were not sure if she would be ok around other dogs but they were willing to work with her and create a plan that would work. And if it doesn’t work are willing to give us recommendations moving forward.

I like that the staff is very professional, courteous and you can tell they all love dogs. The environment is safe and fun for the dogs.
I like being able to drop my dog off without an appointment and pick them up when I want to. It is also nice to be able to have them groomed while they are at daycare.

Besides the friendly and gracious staff, they really do care for my puppy. I have used the daycare service, the boarding service, and bathing service, and I am very happy with all. I know my pup will be treated with care and kindness.

The people are always so friendly! And they take wonderful care of my dog. She is always so happy to go and tired out when she gets home.

I love how friendly everyone is, and that’s it’s a family owned business. I like the built in break time for the pups too, and giving them their own crate for a break.
