Help desk is and has always been the outstanding feature of your company. The help desk will be very very patience with we who are lacking in a technology IQ. This call required three calls and the problem couldn’t be resolved so a technician was sent to personally aide. The problem was corrected and the customer is happy. Nex-tech did it again! They provided stellar support and service. A pesky gopher ate through our fiber line for the second time. The first time was in blowing snow that Nex-tech fixed it. This time it was in high winds again. But never fail, Nex-tech fixed it both times even in nasty weather.
