Everyone I speak with is incredibly nice. I work from home and when my service goes down or having issues connecting, the crew troubleshoots until they find the answer and then fixes it the same day most of the time. Very kind people working for NexTech!

Help desk always willing to help. If they can't fix problems they submit ticket and I usually get a call back fast.

The over the phone IT could not solve our issue, they sent an IT Tech , he was here in a matter of minutes. He was a newer employee, he tried and checked everything he could think of. A long time Tech was called out, together they tracked down the problem and solved it. We are a Local Business the issue affected out POS and credit card processing. It's a huge benefit to our Community to have a staffed Nex-Tech Office in town. Thank you!

The thing I like most about NexTech so far is that it is local. I can speak with a real person who lives in this vicinity. I am a brand new customer. I was pleased to be able to speak with Edward at the Help Desk about a problem with my I-Pad following my recent connect to NexTech. He was very patient with me and we were able to ascertain that my I-Pad is indeed hooked up to WIFI. While we still were not able to facilitate my being able to do facetime with my out-of-town & country family members, Edward did give a really good effort over the phone. I appreciate also that it is possible for me to make my payments locally and not have to mail them in to some distant place.
David Ramsey in the Great Bend office has also been helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My previous long-term company, AT&T was about to discontinue my internet access as well as my landline phone which I wanted to keep. David advocated for me so that the crew came out & connected me to NexTech and I have internet. After about 30 years with AT&T, I did not feel their "love", so I am looking forward to a better experience with NexTech. I am hopeful.

We have never had WiFi before so didn’t know that the closer to our tv the better the HF will be—
It works ok but we were told we would have lots more HF if it were closer to our tv
That’s the reason we had it installed—so far we have had no problems
