Friendly staff, fun activities, and mostly my dog loves it there!

I love that the Canine Coaches are always in the rooms supervising and engaging with the pups. It's clear that they love our dogs almost as much as we do! it's really nice to see the engagement and attention to safety. Shout-out to both DJ and Mike!
I am, however, pretty disappointed to hear that yet another manager has been let go. Wendy brought a whole new energy to this location. Unless there was an egregious violation of policy, I think it was a pretty crucial mistake to let her go.
High manager turnover is a big morale-crusher for both your employees AND CLIENTS. It's not a good look. I suggest the corporate leaders figure out a way to coach their staff and lead them the way they expect them to lead others. This would be such a great opportunity to provide young managers who are new to leadership a place to grow and learn. That, however, requires someone to mentor them and give them grace to learn from errors. Invest in your leaders and it will not only cost you less in turnover (of managers and staff), but it will keep clients happy and recommending your location.
Dogtopia is the best! My dog gets so excited anytime I tell her we’re going there. After a day at Dogtopia she comes out so happy and sleeps all the way home from playing all day. The staff and the Raintree location are always so nice and helpful my dog loves all the staff.

Eli has been a dogtopia’s dog since i’ve had him & i can honestly say being a Baltimore transplant with no family in the state… i’ve always felt like dogtopia was a safe & trusted place to bring him.

Everyone is incredibly kind! Best part is that they’re the only dog daycare that opens up super early and close super late. Works perfectly with my job!
Everyone is so friendly and treats my puppy Rue like their own. The staff gives attention to all of the dogs throughout the day, and I love that there are cameras to watch my puppy at daycare, but my most favorite thing is all the different activities that you guys provide for them throughout the month!
I like your friendliness with my dog and attention to him. Watching my dog zoom when he remembered his trainer when we were dropping him off was priceless, and that shows a lot of who you are and how you care for your dogs.

We love Dogtopia of Canton and so does our dog, Mishka!!! He has been going there for at least 4 years and loves every minute! Keep up your amazing care and love of dogs and, in particular, Mishka!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, people seemed genuinely happy to be engaging with the dogs.
Staff are friendly and welcoming. I appreciate their willingness to answer all my questions on our first day. They are knowledgeable of the care they provide and do a great job at keeping the environment clean.
For a day of fun for Brody, it is the perfect place. The staff is phenomenal!

Manager and staff are very nice. Manager, Wendy, gave us a detailed tour of the facility. Ashley, District manager, answered questions regarding doggy daycare. Like the dogs aren’t in the hot Florida sun and you can watch them on the webcam.
Wonderful caring staff! App availability and functionality. Love the quick ability to notify via hot link for departures and arrivals. Just pull up and wait. No parking! That's the least to mention about the 'wonderfullness' of Dogtapia. More importantly, I cannot contian my pet, Polo, from the level of happiness he displays miles out. He knows exactly where da mama is taking him. I know for a fact that he's getting plenty of exercise when I pick him up after a day at day care. It takes him about 5 minutes to fall asleep and start snoring, ha. It means the world to me that my pet is well cared for and loved!
When we enter the facility, everyone is always very friendly to Theo and to myself. Not just friendly, but also enthusiastic. That makes a huge difference.
My dog loves his time at Dogtopia! He is so excited to get there when I drop him off. The staff is extremely friendly and kind! He comes home a tired and happy pup each time!
