Products are high quality selection, and in the current trend. Staff is very freindly, and ready to serve treir best, from the associates at the entry door to the cashier. It's nice to visit place and check latest.....clothing and footware...and in between. It's nice to have store like this this in the smaller city. I lived in Tor. before, with Europe Bound, and manu others, now gone....

We came in looking for 2 Osprey backpacks and as we were looking John came over and assisted us with the packs. We are pretty new to backpacking and were so grateful for his help showing us how to open and close them, fit them to us, all the features and show up some comparable bags. His live demo of the bags beat any YouTube video review we watched on the bags! We really enjoy shopping at wild rock and will continue to go back due to the amazing service!
Good quality products, and a great selection. Some staff are more knowledgeable than others on particular items, but you can always find great advice. Always friendly too. :)
