The staff I met; Justin; spent a great deal of time with me assessing my needs and then showing me products to fit those needs. I ended up purchasing a backpack and a lightweight sleeping pad based on his experience and suggestions. He was polite, knowledgeable and spent the time with me so that I felt my purchases were going to meet my needs.
I was also looking for a lightweight tent with specific qualities and we agreed that there was probably not one in stock that would meet my need.
Now that things are opening up from the pandemic, I am trying to shop local and your prices match most "reputable" stores and websites.

In October 2020, I submitted a pre-order interest for a 2021 bike, through your online lookbook and it indicated that I would be contacted shortly. By November, a month later, no one had followed-up with me, so I asked about it when i was in the store for other purchases. I was able to initiate an order then.
I ordered a new bike helmet online, though the website this summer. The tracking kept indicating it was being processed, but that status didn't change over about three (?) weeks, so I phoned the store and was advised that it was all ready for pick-up.
Some attention to follow-up on online orders would be nice.
Other than these comments, the service is always good.

Calum was amazing with helping me with my bike so quickly and professionally! He took the time to explain tire changing, rear wheel removal/attachment, and lubrications all things this novice needed help with. He recommended an awesome pump for me which I purchased, replaced my tube and helped me set up a speedometer that I purchased there as well!
