Amazing customer service! I purchased an item online and the store immediately notified me that it was out of stock (they had sold out earlier in the day). The store ended up placing a special order with the manufacturer and couriering the jacket to me so I would have in time for my son’s birthday. It is truly the kind of customer service you no longer expect or receive from other stores. I will most definitely be purchasing from WildRock again and highly recommend others do the same!

In this day and age callbacks are a rarity. I have dealt with Camus in the bike shop several times about some issues with my bike. He took these seriously checked with the manufacturer and always followed up with me. He has always been courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
