It's hard to pick just one thing. I like that it's convenient and close to my home (about a 5 minute drive). I really love the Silver Sneakers program. I feel that I benefit greatly by staying active, plus it's good to connect with the instructors and other program participants.

I have used the treadmill a few times and I like walking. I just recently joined the Y. I’m love the shallow water exercise and wished that the Monday and Wednesday class was still one hour long. I stopped in late on the new line dance class on Friday after the shallow water class which is one hour long. I loved it but because the way the scheduling is I will either need to leave water class early or show up late to line dance. I just found it ironic that on Monday and Wednesday they shortened class but on the day they put in new class they don’t try to have a little time in between classes so you could do both. The staff and instructors are all so pleasant and a joy to be around. Overall very pleased with the Y.

Saturday, I enjoyed sitting out on the patuo while I waited to swim in the pool. Such nice lounge chairs and open area. I also like that you hired my friend from church at the front desk. Hope she is an added asset to your branch.

I like the classes offered the best. I have been creating nice workout buddy relationships in those classes. I look forward to going to most of the classes. The instructors are very friendly and make you feel welcome too!

I love the swimming pool, But the water is inconsistent in temperature. I love that you're only 7 miles from my house so you're very convenient.
