The variety
I have been going to the Tuesday and Thursday morning Bodypump class - it is great - the instructor is able to make the class challenging and meet folks where they are.
I like the set up of the entire gym. I take avenge of the entire gym. I love swimming so I use that a lot. I even like to work out. I go and use the treadmill and use the ab machine
Atmosphere
