I have been going to the Tuesday and Thursday morning Bodypump class - it is great - the instructor is able to make the class challenging and meet folks where they are.

I like the set up of the entire gym. I take avenge of the entire gym. I love swimming so I use that a lot. I even like to work out. I go and use the treadmill and use the ab machine

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The child care!!! It is such a Joy to be able to be a stay at home momma, but it also is SO very nice to have a small break during the day to get in some self care! The kids club is my saving Grace some days!!! The kids love it and the staff is always kind and fun! They also do crafts and silly songs! I love knowing my kids are well cared for so I can take some me time.
