The Y is a family-oriented facility. My granddaughter is taking swim lessons - she's two - and loves every minute of being in the water. She looks forward to her lesson as if it is a great new adventure, and she would love to stay longer. Definitely a worthwhile experience!

This Y is well equipped, has several different workout studios, knowledgeable instructors who care and love what they do and a big pool and sauna. The drive through the run-down apartments on a pot-hole ridden road is the only downfall. I love my workouts at the Y.

Everyone has been so nice and friendly! It was intimidating to start going to the gym but the culture has made it fun and easy to keep going back
The pool is kept at a temp for those of us who workout in it. I appreciate that it's not 90 degrees.

Our kiddo is very hesitant to put his face in the water and Ms. Meghan is doing an amazing job of challenging him and helping him push his boundaries. Although he is hesitant to go under water he is becoming so much more comfortable in the water and that’s our number one goal. Ms. Meghan is patient and obviously very experienced as a swim teacher.
