I like the pool the best I get low impact exercise I stay in the deep end for an hour and get great exercise that way. The people are very friendly, Employees and guest patrons. The BMI computer analyst machine is very nice up-to-date information . It's only 7 miles from my house so very convenient for me.
The aqua aerobics classes and the quiet feel of the room with the treadmills and stair climbers.

Every one is so nice and helpful
The people seem really nice. My only bad thing I have to say is the cleaning crew miss a lot in the shower and changing areas.
The staff is friendly and the water aerobics class is so much fun!
we have been Y members for a multitude of years. its close to where we live and everyone that works there is like family. the facility has just about everything you need, and is always clean.
