Heavy circles that double as antidepressants and sleep aids. Honorable mentions are the swimming pool and the chess app on the treadmills.

My grandson is and has been in swim classes for some time. The instructors always seem to give a great teaching experience and make it fun for the participants.

Instructors are calm and patient even when the kids are not listening thr best. They meet each child where they're at.

I love the variety of classes. I love the teachers. I love the pool when it's warm. I love the friends that I've made at the Y. I love that the y is 20 minutes from my home.

I appreciate the Kidz Club that allows my children to interact and play with other children while I can enjoy a complete workout, Yoga class or swim.
