The Southwest Y offers many classes during the day. It is greatly appreciated. Cannot go without a shout out to Sandy Meadors. She is truly a super star teacher that keeps you engaged while pushing you to be the best. Plus, she makes you smile.

I love the way they cater to older people through Silver Sneakers and EGYM. Plus having all the rooms available, when classes aren't being held, where I can go and use the equipment while not being in a class, at my own pace.
It's great having an associate around that can help you with any and all equipment. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The biggest plus of all is having a pool available during the winter and the scheduled water classes.
We love our YMCA and the availability of Silver Sneakers classes just makes it more enjoyable.

Everyone is so helpful. All the workers are so friendly and I love going to the Y. There are so many things today. You can try everything and see what you like to do best. The EGYM is my favorite thing but a love water aerobics and treadmill also.
The silver sneakers instructors are very good and very helpful in the new machines they have put in are really good
