What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love the exercise classes that you offer for seniors! I also enjoy the egym equipment!
Your instructors are great as they offer multilevel exercises. I especially like Silver Sneaker BOOM. The class is very inclusive and friendly with a wonderful instructor Mimi!
I also enjoy Silver Sneakers and Chair Yoga with Sandy! She is an excellent instructor also!
I’m feeling so much better and stronger since I’ve been going!!

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Clean, casual environment to workout at your own pace. I like the YMCA, its laidback, the machines are easy to operate, and the staff is very nice, friendly. There are different excerise programs for everyone! Its cool.

I love the Southwest YMCA. Everything is right there in front of u ready to go. I love the machines. My experience with the gym machines I was very happy, because I got to work with different ones I didn't know about. So therefore thank u so much for my experience

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I really enjoy the fitness classes here — Boxmaster, Body Definition, HIIT, and cycling are my favorites. My only suggestion would be to cover the cycling room door with paper or blinds, because the activity next door can be a little distracting at times. That’s the only reason I didn’t give a 10. Otherwise, I love this YMCA. The front desk staff is always so friendly, and the fitness instructors are wonderful.

EGym is a new system put in place. I really like it. The pool is a great way to start your day to warm up before going to the EGym. Just started checking out the sauna today. Wow this is nice, buying a sauna suit today, hopefully this will help me loose some weight. I’m glad I received this email today . It gave me a chance to share my experience.

I love the e gym. I also love the variety of classes. I wish they had earlier Zumba classes.
