The Director, Kristina Kluesner is one of the best features this location has. She is very personable, involved in all the areas of the place. It is very rare to see a director so involved and passionate as she is. Always willing to help in any area, and helping her members and employees. Making sure her personal is trained well in all areas. They always make you feel welcomed!
The Parkinsons class, with its excellent instructors, has kept me in shape, a key factor to hold off the progress of this disease.

The friendliness of not only the staff but the classmates. I joined the Y two months ago but was hesitant to participate in any classes.
Today I decided to bite the bullet. I attended my first Muscle Definition class. My instructor was amazing. She made me feel so welcome and gave me instructions and tips along the way.
Several of the class members welcomed me and made me feel part of the group.
