The Pool best in Louisville perfect temperature, clear water is so inviting.
The Community I believe the staff does an excellent job of promoting relationships with other members. Plus members have invited me to lunch.

Aqua Fitness classes with Carla, Rose, Cheryl and Denise. Sitting in the lobby after classes and working crossword puzzles and shooting the bull with other members.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

What do I like about my YMCA (Southeast)? I like the welcome home feeling that I feel when I walk through the doors. From being greeted to being called by my name. Having a community of people around me makes me feel more stable and secure.
From taking swimming lessons, playing in the pool to getting my groove on in the gym. The Y has a lot to offer from private classes to group settings. I definitely invite everyone to come out and give us a try!
